Membership requirements

• A completed and signed application form

• Letter of recommendation from WALS member or member of local surgical Society

• Letter of recommendation from current Chief of Department

The life membership fee is 100 USD.
Fee is to be paid after approval of your membership.

Prerequisites for Candidate Membership:
 

• Graduation from a medical school and involved in Laparoscopic practice
